You're not dealing with medical records but you are dealing with personal confidential information being displayed on screens of users. Legal shouldn't have an issue with anything. They just put in their username and password and they're off to YouTube. We block streaming media to save bandwidth, but there's times that people need access to it. It has a nice interface for creating users and passwords for circumventing the web filter. However they have made the product robust enough that if you unplug the thing cold, that traffic isn't interrupted, though it does fail open. What I didn't like was that it is a pass-thru product, so there's no passive monitoring or blocking.
